RETURNS

WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

This gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return your item(s) for a refund. We want you to be stoked on your new purchase.

Please Note: we do not refund shipping costs from your initial order. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from your final refund amount. Our commercial shipping rates are reasonable and cheaper than shipping it yourself (we'll provide you with a return shipping label).

A refund will be issued to the card used during checkout, provided the following requirements are met:

  • item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • item must be unworn and unused
  • all hang-tags must still be on the item
  • item must be in its original packaging
  • for hygienic reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase of our 2-in-1 shorts
  • your return shipment must include your original packing slip

The following exceptions to the above policy apply:

  • we do not accept returns on sale items (all sale purchases are final)
  • we do not accept returns for any customized or limited edition items (these are considered final sale)

START A RETURN BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS:

1. Go to account.pendulumthreads.com

2. Enter your email address and click continue.

3. Find the email we sent you and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Come back to our online store and enter the code.

5. Select the order you want to return.

6. If you order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note.

8. Select Request Return.


If your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and passes inspection, you will receive a refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES
PENDULUM does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging) for a refund and place a new order.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

If your return is denied, we will ship the item back to you at your cost. 


DISCLAIMER
Frequent returns and/or unusual activity will be flagged in our system.

If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual activity, we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
